Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Return Items" and follow the instructions
- Print your prepaid return label
- Pack your item securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at max@frasiely.world with photos of the item and we'll make it right.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with international returns.
